Exhaust Pipe

After washing in the patented dynamic chamber, the clean gases are released into the atmosphere through the GLR Tech chimney.

Chamber

The polluting gases are sprayed with a jet/spray of water. The water has the power to capture most of the exhaust gases and the particles/soot generated by combustion. Then, the gas and water go to the next chamber, where the capture process is intensified.

Dynamic Camera

The mixture of water and gas, originating from the previous chamber, passes through a new treatment system. This system has received international awards for its innovation thanks to the dynamic nature of this chamber, which intensifies the washing process.

GLR Tech Turbine

Energy recovery, when applicable, can be achieved through gas turbines, steam turbines, or heat exchangers. In the case of gas turbines (vehicles and generators), high-speed gases rotate the turbine, which drives a shaft. This shaft allows the necessary rotation for energy generation and movement of the dynamic scrubber. The extra energy can be stored in a battery or used for other purposes.

Storage Tank

Wastewater (rich in byproducts for the industry) is contained in a storage tank connected to the unit, or it can be redirected for treatment and reuse, collection, or further processing.
